## Four rules we do not bend

#### No passwords, ever

We work with public profiles only. If a service needs your login, it is doing something inside your account. We never do.

#### No invented numbers

Your dashboard shows daily readings of your public profile, and your plan includes a guaranteed minimum. If a period ends below that minimum, free days are added automatically, no claim needed. The guarantee works in free days, added automatically. Every figure here is true of the running product, or it is not here.

#### Plain billing

The full amount is shown before you pay, the next renewal date is always on your plan page, and cancelling is one click.

#### A person answers

Support is email and a human, within 24 hours. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
