No password, no app install, no login to your account. ### How long until something happens? Delivery starts within 24 hours of your plan going active: the first daily batch is planned at the next nightly run. Your dashboard shows each day's batch. ### Do I have to keep posting? No. Growth runs either way. Fresh content gives your new audience more to discover, so one post in the first week helps. ### Can I run Instagram and TikTok at the same time? Yes. Each network has its own plan and its own targets. Your first account is full price; every account after it is 20 percent off, applied automatically when you order it, with no code to enter. ## Targeting Who finds you, and how to change it. ### What can I target? Countries (or worldwide), gender, age ranges, languages, your niche, up to eight similar accounts, up to fifteen hashtags, and cities or regions. You can also exclude accounts and words. ### How do similar accounts work? Their audience shapes yours. Pick competitors, peers or bigger names in your niche whose followers would also like your content. ### Can I change targets after I start? Any time, from your dashboard or the link in your emails. Changes apply from the next day's delivery. ### What is the gentle start? Half pace for the first week, then full pace. Good for small or brand-new accounts. ### Does targeting guarantee a specific audience? The lower figure in your plan's range is a guaranteed minimum for the period: if the period falls short, free days are added automatically, no claim needed. ## Delivery and results Pace, caps, and what the numbers mean. ### How fast is delivery? Your dashboard shows your real follower count every day so you can follow your growth. ### Where do the dashboard numbers come from? From a daily snapshot of your public profile, the same numbers anyone can see on your page. ### Will my engagement rate go up? Ganicly grows your audience with real followers matched to your niche by our own AI technology. A bigger audience gives good content more chances; it does not replace it. ## Billing and plans Prices, intervals, renewals, invoices. ### How much does it cost? Core is $39 a month, Elite $69, Pro $99. Quarterly and yearly billing is cheaper per month; the full amount for the interval is shown before you pay. ### When am I charged? At checkout, then at the start of every new interval. The next date is always on the plan page in your dashboard. ### Can I switch plans? Yes, from the plan page in your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. ### Do I get invoices? Every charge produces an invoice in your dashboard and by email. ### What appears on my statement? The brand name in capitals. Nothing about followers or growth. ## Cancelling and refunds One click to cancel, no minimum term. ### How do I cancel? Dashboard, Plan, Cancel. One click. The plan stops renewing. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid period; unused whole months of quarterly or yearly plans are refunded pro rata after cancellation. You can also reply to any of our emails with the word cancel. ### Is there a minimum term? No. A monthly plan can be cancelled after the first month. A quarterly or yearly plan can be left at any time too: the unused whole months are refunded pro rata after cancellation, so a prepaid period is not a trap. ### What does the growth guarantee cover? The lower figure in your plan's range is a guaranteed minimum for the period, measured from your own daily follower readings. If a period ends below it, free days are added automatically, no claim needed. The guarantee works in free days, added automatically. ### Are renewals refundable? Renewals are refundable while nothing has been delivered for the new period; once delivery has started, the right of withdrawal ends. Unused whole months of quarterly and yearly plans are refunded pro rata after cancellation, and mistakes on our side (double charge, wrong plan or wrong account) are refunded. Cancel before the renewal and nothing further is charged. ## Safety and your account What we do, what we never do. ### Do you need my password? Never. We only use your public username. Nobody logs into your account and nothing runs inside it. ### Is this safe for my account? Growth is capped per day and spread across the month. We never automate actions inside your account, and we never ask you to follow, like or comment on anything. ### How do I log in? With a link we email you. Password login arrives together with the full dashboard. ### How do I delete my data? Email support from the address you signed up with. We delete everything except records we must keep for accounting.
