Refunded: on a quarterly or yearly plan, the unused whole months after cancellation, pro rata. Any mistake on our side, such as a double charge, the wrong plan or the wrong account, at any time. A private profile we cannot run counts as nothing delivered and is refunded. Otherwise, money comes back only while nothing has been delivered yet.
Covered by free days: if a period ends below your plan's minimum, free days are added automatically, no claim needed. Apart from the refunds listed above, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. Your plan’s stated monthly figure, multiplied by the months in the period. We set this minimum for your account size and the daily delivery ceilings.

It is measured from your public profile
The first and last daily readings inside the period, the same numbers in your dashboard and on your own profile. Days we failed to read your account do not lower the bar; only days the profile was private or gone are taken off, pro rata.

A shortfall adds free days without a claim

Publishing what we decline is the clearest signal we can give that the ranges above are real.

Dashboard, Plan, Cancel. One click. The plan stops renewing. A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid period; on quarterly and yearly plans, unused whole months after cancellation are refunded pro rata. You can also reply to any of our emails with the word cancel.
Is there a minimum term?
No. A monthly plan can be cancelled after the first month. A quarterly or yearly plan can be left at any time too: the unused whole months come back pro rata, so a prepaid period is not a trap.
