How is follower growth measured?
The dashboard checks your public follower count every day and shows each day's gain. You also receive a weekly email report. This lets you review progress during the paid period and compare the followers added with your plan's guaranteed minimum.
How do I cancel my growth plan?
Cancel with one click in your dashboard to stop the next renewal. Your current month continues until its end, so you keep the remaining promotion time for that month. For quarterly and yearly plans, unused whole months are refunded pro rata after cancellation.
When can I get a refund?
After cancellation, unused whole months of quarterly and yearly plans are refunded pro rata. Mistakes on Ganicly's side, including a double charge, wrong plan or wrong account, are refunded. Otherwise, a refund is available only while nothing has been delivered yet; once delivery has started, the right of withdrawal ends. If a period ends below the plan's guaranteed minimum, free days are added automatically, no claim needed. The growth guarantee works in free days, added automatically. What daily limit applies to my account?
Your account size sets the daily limit: 60 below 1,000 followers, 100 from 1,000 to 10,000, 150 from 10,000 to 50,000, and 200 above 50,000. Plan limits also apply. A small account cannot receive a larger plan's full monthly range; for example, Pro on a 2,000-follower account delivers about 3,000 a month.
