Every review is written by someone who ran a paid plan, through a one-time link we emailed to their account. We publish them as they arrive, the unflattering ones too, and we collect them nowhere else.
Customers get a one-time link by email 30 days into their plan. Whatever they write is published as it is, stars and all.

Checked only for personal data and abuse. A low score stays up like any other.
What we never do
- Pay for a review, or trade a discount for one
- Hide or reorder reviews by score
- Edit what a customer wrote
- Import reviews from anywhere else
